Baklava Balls

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pistachio nuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoons Manuka honey (Or 1/4 dropper of liquid stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest

How to:

  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor.
  2. Let the food processor do its thing, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Once the mixture is well ‘minced’ and combined you can roll them into balls and pop into the fridge.

Tip: This could be made as a slice, just press the mixture into a lined slice tray and set in the fridge, cutting into squares when set.
