Banana No-oatmeal Porridge

1 small-medium banana

3 eggs

¼ cup of almond milk (or coconut milk)

1 tablespoon flaxmeal

(can add some nut butter, chopped walnuts etc if you wish)

How to:

Mash the banana, add the eggs and mash again. Add the almond milk and flaxmeal and combine well. You can cook this in a saucepan or in a microwave; just cook it until it’s at a consistency you like.
