Tuna Waldorf Salad

1 125g tin tuna (in spring water), drained

1 pear (or apple)

1 squeeze lemon juice (or some mayo)

4 walnut halves, chopped

4 baby coz lettuce leaves

How to:

Pretty easy really.  Drain the tuna, chop the pear, squeeze the lemon, chop the walnuts, put them all into a bowl, and mix well. Serve with the lettuce leaves on the side so you can wrap some tuna mix in them before eating.
