If you obsess about your body, neglect your body, you don’t feel whole in your body, you’ve been at war with your body, you feel stressed physically, then I invite you into Faith THEN Food and Fitness. Faith THEN Food and Fitness is a faith-based wellness study that teaches participants how to live healthy and whole lives in Christ.

The ‘weigh less’ is to weigh less spiritually, then the natural will follow. There’s a reason you turn to food, or turn away from food. There’s are reason you turn to working out, or pull away from it. By weighing less spiritually we free ourselves up, freed up to love God wholeheartedly and to give that love to others, giving from our overflow. We are freed up to fully live life, the John 10:10 life.

This is a time to get with God, to put Him first. You’ve tried everything else, the weight-watchers, the calorie counting and obsessing about you can and can’t eat…has it set you free? Have you put Jesus as the rock in the centre of it all? Now is that time!

We don’t need more information; the world is full of that. We need a revival of Christian women being set free from the things that weigh them down so that we can love God, get healthy, be whole, and love others.

Allow me to give you a new perspective…your weight-loss and body-image battle is not about your body or the calories you consume; it’s not about how far or fast you run or how perfect your diet is. At the root, it is about LOVE. It’s about being WHOLE.

By participating in Faith THEN Food and Fitness you will get to the root of your yo-yo dieting, on-the-treadmill-one-day-and-off-the-next, never-satisfied lifestyle.

You will complete the study confidently knowing YOUR fitness plan and YOUR nutrition plan for YOUR life and how they relate to the God who created YOU. He really loves you! It is His love and truth that will set you free! (John 8:31-32)

Sessions: Typically runs for a minimum of 8 weeks.

  • Online group sessions are hosted on Zoom, a maximum of 15 participants in each group. Group sessions can also be held in person (if you are local to my area) and group sizes remain under 15 people at a time. Why not get a group of friends together and sign up? Build each other up in faith and keep each other accountable. Cost: $100 per participant.
  • For more a more personal experience I can work with you one-on-one via Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or in person. Cost: $150.00
